We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated German Advisors to join the Sitel team.

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the voice of the brand and create personalized, engaging experiences for our client´s customers.

What you need to have,

  • Native German
  • Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others 

Non-mandatory skills,

  • Financial services industry experience
  • Business-to-business (B2B) customer support experience
  • Secure PC handling and technical affinity
  • Basic level of English 

For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required
