Spanish Customer Service Representative

Job type: Full-time

Part of your daily activities will be:

  • Provide a professional, efficient and personalized service to our customers Fleet by phone and email;

  • Excellent communication skills, taking advantage of all the opportunities to "shine" in each contact,

    enjoying the interaction with the client;

  • Try to improve the client ́s experience in a proactive and autonomous way, but also with teamwork;

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes that help increase the quality of customer experience

    through various communication channels (telephone and e-mail).
