SENIOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (PERM),
DUBLIN.

Our client operates premier land-based gaming, casino and family entertainment venues throughout the country and because of growth and due to their continued increased and busy work load they now have a vacancy for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join the company.

You will be part of a small team in a growing multi-site environment with the experience, security and leadership of an established business that has been in operation for over 40 years.

To support the growth, they are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead construction and facilities management projects across their locations.

Role Summary
The primary focus of Senior Construction Project Manager will be as the key coordinator and point of contact for a number of exciting projects that are at various stages of development throughout the country (from post planning and ready to build right through to sites that are pre- planning).
As well as playing a pivotal role in the development of new locations you will also lead out the enhancement of existing properties. This position requires a blend of expertise in construction project management and facilities operations, ensuring that all projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget, while also maintaining our facilities to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and fit-outs, ensuring they meet our strategic objectives and operational needs.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from concept through to completion, including planning permission applications, sourcing and appointing architects, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
• Oversee the procurement process, ensuring competitive bidding, and selection of contractors and suppliers.
• Act as the primary liaison with external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate facilities management tasks, including routine safety checks, maintenance work, and liaising with handymen for retail location repairs.
• Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure targets are met.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, budget status, and risk management.

Qualifications & Experience:
Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a Construction related degree.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of building maintenance, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
Full clean driving license and the ability to travel as needed to various project sites.
