A leading Company is looking for a Kuwaiti or Saudi National for a position as Training Coordinator in KSA KJO Location.
The role is 5 Days a week.
Below are the roles and responsibility
Coordination with the Training Department for HSE Trainings.
Receive Service Orders, Attend periodical meetings,
Planning for upcoming Courses and Trainings schedules,
Handling all Logistics issues and Supervise Training activities.
Follow-up daily activities, gate passes, generating reports,
Handling Attendance sheets, Assessments
Distribution of Certificates at the end of the Training Department.
Co-ordination and scheduling of trainings with the Trainers.
Setup of Training with Presentations, Laptops Training Material etc.
Printing Training Materials, Documents, Certificates etc.
Follow-up on the invoicing and payments process through KJO B2B Electronic system.
Administration Support Coordination, Training related tasks and duties requested by the company..
Diploma Graduate or Above
Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills in English
Saudi or Kuwaiti National.
