Admin Secretary / Assistant

Salary: SAR 3,500 / Month


Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, and answering questions and requests with abilities to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks



Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals

Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

Prepare and disseminate correspondence, mail, memos and forms

Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system and email management

Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders

Document expenses and hand in reports

Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports

Operate office equipment, such as fax machine, photocopy machine and scanner

Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures

Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks



Bachelor degree or similar education level

At least 5 years’ proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant

Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good time management, and organizational skills

Highly Literate in MS Office, Project Planning

Knowledge of ERP system (Oracle R12) added advantage

Must have Transferable Iqama

Age should not be more than 40 years



Basic salary (SR 3,500)

Working Schedule: 8 Hours from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturday thru Thursday
