Job Title: Finance Transformation Manager

Job Duties:
Lead and drive finance transformation initiatives within the organisation
Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial processes and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of finance projects
Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial systems and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
Proven experience in finance transformation or financial management
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive change
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance transformation or financial management
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of financial processes and systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience with D365 Implementation or similar ERP systems
Project management certification (e.g. Prince2, PMP)
Working Conditions:
Office-based role with occasional travel required
Standard working hours with flexibility as needed
