For one of their clients, an Internet domain registrar and web hosting company, this fast-growing international company is looking for creative IT-enthusiasts with a high level off energy for their bright and modern office located in the Poblenou neighborhood.

The Job.

For this role, you will blend your outstanding communication skills, strategic mindset and sales experience in order to help grow existing businesses and build new customer relationships.
To achieve this, you will:

– Be a dedicated consultant by guiding the current customers through various products such as web-hosting, domain registration as well as other platforms and services, according to their needs
– Meet the set sales targets while delivering the best service and quality
– Use your market and business knowledge to help your clients achieve their objectives while upselling additional products and platform features

The Profile.

You have:

– A native level of French and advanced English
– At least 1-2 years of customer service AND sales experience (you are used to targets and KPI’s)
– An analytical mindset and a natural tendency to do online searches
– Perfect communication skills, both written and spoken
– A strong interest in IT and web hosting technologies including content management systems used to operate a website such as WordPress or Joomla
– Good knowledge of most commonly used web browsers
– An ability to instantly adapt to changes, identify and solve customer issues
– An appetite for goals and capability to generate desire to buy for customers
– Time-management skills and meeting deadlines is a priority

– Salary: 18.000€ – 22.500€ gross/year + performance-related bonuses
