Reporting to the General Sales Manager who is based in the UK, you will join the Swedish team and be responsible for the Swedish market.
⦁ Forming and maintaining quality professional relationships with the distribution network of your region;
⦁ Targeting and developing new accounts
⦁ Planning and preparing key account and target account visits
⦁ Meeting and exceeding your agreed targets
⦁ Acting as a strategic marketing partner for the distributors
⦁ Acting in compliance with the agreed business plans and methodologies
⦁ Strong commercial drive and proven track record in sales, preferably from selling through distribution channels
⦁ Well-developed interpersonal skills to train and educate your distributor’s sales force
⦁ Knowledgeable in solution selling in technical markets
⦁ Entrepreneurial spirit, drive, commitment and high self-motivation
⦁ Good presentation and communication skills
⦁ Fluent in English and Swedish
