Elevation HR are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to help our client attract, engage, and retain top engineering talent as we continue to grow and innovate.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner in Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional engineering professionals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to understand the talent needs, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the engineering team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Proactively source and attract top engineering talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate evaluation methods, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our recruitment efforts and employer brand.
Managing and developing a team of Talent Acquisition specialists
What we are looking for:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting engineering professionals.
Experience of successfully leading & coaching a high performing recruitment team.
Experience of developing strategic workforce planning to support future pipelining activity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
Degree Educated or equivalent
SHL Level AB qualification or equivalent psychometric experience.
