A part-time administration assistant is required for a busy independent financial advisory firm based in Pfäffikon SZ.
Located close to the train station, the office is well located and approximately 25 minutes by train from Zurich HB and 30 minutes by car from Zug.
Main responsibilities include;
- Processing and scanning incoming and outgoing post
- Translating relevant post from German to English
- Printing documents and reports
- Liaising with other employees, between departments
Little experience is necessary, but the position would ideally suit someone highly organised, with good German/English skills, and a strong command of Microsoft office; namely Word and Excel.
Hours are flexible, but would include at least 2 office days x 3 hours per week.
