Responsibilities:

We are seeking a CRM Executive who will be able to maintain customer/user relationships by responding to inquiries and documenting actions.

  • Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
  • Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry, reviewing previous inquiries and responses, gathering and researching information, assembling and forwarding information and finally, verifying customer's understanding of information received.
  • Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts.
  • Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications. - Accomplishes customer service and organization mission.

Requirements:

You are someone based in Taiwan who is meticulous and efficient. You are also someone who constantly strives to achieve your goals and highly proactive in getting tasks done.

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Competent with Google/Microsoft office tools.
  • High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands, meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Available to start work immediately
