We are seeking a CRM Executive who will be able to maintain customer/user relationships by responding to inquiries and documenting actions.
Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry, reviewing previous inquiries and responses, gathering and researching information, assembling and forwarding information and finally, verifying customer's understanding of information received.
Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts.
Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications. - Accomplishes customer service and organization mission.
You are someone based in Taiwan who is meticulous and efficient. You are also someone who constantly strives to achieve your goals and highly proactive in getting tasks done.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
Competent with Google/Microsoft office tools.
High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands, meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
