As a Human Resource Associate (Recruitment), you will be responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process of Paktor and GaiGai.

You will be responsible for:

  • The entire recruitment process where you will work with Operations to understand the different staffing needs across all levels, manpower planning and deployment.
  • Liaising with recruitment firms and agencies to advertise hiring needs, work with government agencies to fill required positions
  • Onboarding new employees as well as planning and executing retention plans for the organisation
  • Headhunting suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • Calling up candidates who have applied to the organisation and screening their resumes and CVs
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with respective leads, as well as to interview potential candidates
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager


You are someone based in Korea who is meticulous and efficient. 
You are also someone who constantly strives to achieve your goals and highly proactive in getting tasks done.

• At least 1-2 years in human resource or have experiences in doing recruitment
• Native speaker of Korean language with outstanding written and oral English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Google web applications
• Candidates who are available to commit immediate
