We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced Fabrication manager to join their existing team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be time served in welding / fabrication, and have previous experience of managing a fab shop and leading a team of welders / fabricators.
Duties will include planning workflow and resources to ensure production targets are met, identifying areas for improvement within the production process, managing workforce, attending production meetings and associated tasks.
