Job Profile: -

My client is looking for a Quality Manager to join their fantastic team, you will be responsible for all matters in aircraft maintenance pertaining to airworthiness & quality. You must be well versed in Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) regulations and global civil aviation regulations and requirement

Specific Requirements

- Responsible for establishing, documenting, developing and managing the company Quality System and ensuring that it continues to comply with regulatory requirements and to meet the needs of the business
- Responsible as the Safety Manager for the day-to-day operations of the Aviation SMS
- Liaises with regulatory authorities and airlines to process applications / renewals of approvals and payment of fees
- Reviews changes to regulatory standards and communicating such changes for implementation in the Company's systems and procedures
- Administrates and updates airworthiness manuals for use within the organisation
- Maintains relevant information on all authorised certifying personnel in the Licence/Authorisation Holders’ database
- Oversees the issuance and control of Authorisations to suitably qualified maintenance staff
- Assists in the troubleshooting and investigation of major and recurring defects, including significant technical delays of in-service aircraft, when contracted to do so by customer airlines
- Reports unairworthy conditions to contracted AOC operators, aircraft manufacturers and airworthiness authorities, including raising Mandatory Defects Reports (MDR) as per airworthiness requirements
- Establishes feedback from maintenance incidents / issues and feeding these backs into the continuation training programme


- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a quality management role in a maintenance organization in an airline or similar maintenance service organization
- Aircraft maintenance experience preferred
