They are seeking an inspirational leader who can work within a diverse multi-national team to drive success and accelerate their growth in the retail car sector.
Ideal Candidate
Dynamic General Manager (or above) with proven success in managing multi-site passenger car dealerships
Managed high volume sales operations
Middle East experience advantageous, although open to applications from UK/European General Managers
P&L responsibility
Currently reporting to the Board
Commercially awareness with a long-term focus
High level communicator
Motivational and inspirational
Strategic vision to facilitate change
Provide critique and take decisive actions
