Customer Sales Advisor - Immediate start - Leading Company

Our client is a leading Construction matrials supplier based in North Swindon (SN6), they are currently recruiting for a motivated and professional Customer Sales Advisor with strong customer service and Administration skills to join the team on a permanent basis.
Working within the Internal customer support department, you will help provide product advice and quotations via phone and email whilst administering orders and coordinating deliveries to a wide range of clients across the local region. You will ensure that all client receive excellent customer service and there needs are met in line with there requirements

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)
£19500 - £21500 + Holiday Pay + Pension + Company benefits (depending on experience)

Full training, support and development provided Duties Include:
Engage and build rapport with existing clients wishing to obtain product information via phone and email
Provide verbal and written quotations within price list parameters
Convert enquiries into orders at the best possible contribution to maximise profitability
Where possible, seek and secure new business opportunities, directly and through trading partners
Provide the highest level of Customer Service by ensuring a prompt response to enquiries.
Check and coordinate orders with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Proactively promote the full product range to all customers
Manage all sample requests from internal and external sources.
Follow up Samples and provide relevant personnel with updates.Experience Needed:
