Solutions Director

Are you looking to make a real impact in the Hard FM industry? A leading player in the industry is looking for a Solutions Director to join a Work Winning Team, this is a hybrid role with offices around the UK, where you will have a key part in ensuring bids are written to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and articulation of compelling, customer-focused solutions for high-value bids.
Work collaboratively with bid teams and stakeholders to create integrated, innovative service delivery models.
Translate customer requirements into effective operating models and persuasive bid responses.
Drive the end-to-end bid process, from solution design workshops to submission and handover. Requirements:
5+ years in a senior bid-related role with proven success.
Expertise in IFM/multi-activity contracts and bid methodologies.
Strong written, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
APMP Foundation or higher certification is desirable.
