An exciting and progressive opportunity for an Onsite coordinator/Onsite Account Manager to inherit a 50-strong temp plan who are all working for one client - in the food production and distribution sector. You will need to come from a Recruitment (Agency) background and already have all the experience and knowledge of running an onsite operation with a precise eye for detail, a driven and passionate work ethic and be able to communicate at all levels.
As Onsite Account Manager, this role is recruiting temporary labour at minimum wage level to fill every shift to the client’s demand in a fast paced environment. You must drive and have a car and be comfortable within a live farming environment.
Working Mon-Fri (usual daytime office hours) with oncall when needed and which is minimal levels if run smoothly. Based between the office and onsite you MUST drive and have a car. You will be heavily involved in recruiting, HR, inductions, client meetings, reporting numbers and accurate figures, liaising with all temporary workers, payroll queries and much more - with support from branch too of course - working as a team is key.
Progression to grow the account and build a key relationship with the client is essential, which will mean you form a significant working relationship providing the very best people and often going above and beyond to impress. Your experience, knowledge, communication and organisational skills are paramount and will aid your success in the position as Onsite Account Manager to grow the numbers in terms of level of supply. Salary is up to £28k Doe plus bonus and benefits. Bonus will be in excess of £5k level.
