ST4– Sales Executive
Location – Bristol
Responsible to – Sales Manager
Salary- OTE of C£40,000
Contract – Full time, permanent, 5.5 days per week on a rota system, covering 7 days a week
Overview-

We are currently recruiting for Sales Executives for our Client in the Motor industry. The successful candidate will be required to assist customers with car enquiries with the aim of winning business and ultimately guiding them smoothly and professionally through their car purchase ensuring that it is an unforgettable experience. You will strive to maintain good relationships with customer, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities-

Providing the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of Carbase.
Assisting customers with their car choice and any associated appropriate products.
Accompanying prospective customers on test drives.
Explaining and offering Finance options.
Keeping up to date on the products and services that Carbase offers.
Handling the part-exchange processes.
Assisting with forecourt management.
Achieving personal sales targets, profit targets and activity levels.
Operating within the company policies and procedures, including GDPR.
Work professionally as a member of the sales team, communicating information efficiently and effectively to other team members as required.
Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Ensure enquiries are dealt with promptly.
Ensure correct, input maintenance and retrieval of any relevant data.
Accept ownership for timely completion of tasks, within tight deadlines.
Promote and share a good working environment.
Contribute to the wider life Carbase.
Skills and experience

Essential-

Good standard of English and Maths.
Full Drivers Licence.
Good IT skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Database management.
Administration skills.
Customer skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good communication and Verbal skills Able to work on own initiative.
Must be willing to adopt a hands-on approach and assist others when required.
 Desirable-

Sales Executive experience in a similar role within the automotive trade.

20 days annual leave+ public holidays.
