Job Title: Unqualified Primary Teacher  
Salary: £85 - £165 daily  
Location: South East London 
  
Overview: Schools across the South East of London are looking for Cover Supervisors to joining their schools in a variety of different roles. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to make a difference in the lives of secondary school students. It as also an amazing opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain classroom experience with flexible working arrangements.  
  
The Role as Unqualified Teacher: 
  
In the absence of the regular teacher, adeptly oversee and manage students within the classroom setting. Adhere to pre-prepared lesson plans provided by teachers, facilitating an environment where students can efficiently accomplish assigned tasks. Offering support and guidance to students as necessary, implementing the school's behaviour management policies and procedures. Swiftly and effectively addressing any disruptions or behavioural issues that may arise. Uphold and advocate for the school's values and ethos, ensuring a positive and cohesive learning environment. Foster open communication with teaching staff and school leadership. Demonstrate adaptability by seamlessly transitioning between different subjects and year groups as required. Stay flexible in responding to the evolving needs of the school, embodying a proactive and collaborative approach. 
  
Requirements as a Unqualified Teacher  

Previous experience working in a school setting or with young people is desirable. 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
A degree in any discipline is preferred. 
Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is an advantage. 
A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards education. 
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
