Managing Director - Software Vendor - M4 Corridor (Hybrid) - £140-50K OTE
An excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong commercial capability and a background in the software space to join a growing organisation and take full responsibility for its direction and growth.
The business works in the emergency services/blue light space and so you will need previous experience in that sector: either working as a supplier to police, ambulance or fire services or having worked within the sector itself.
Your role will encompass full responsibility for the management of the business, P&L accountability, sales, product and operations. You will be responsible for improving operational margins (although the business is well established and profitable) and for developing plans to significantly increase top line growth.
You will need to be able to lead a senior team, and have enough understanding of software to be able to guide a very technical business through the process of enhancing and creating product offerings.
This would be an ideal step up for an established CRO or COO, as well as an excellent growth opportunity for an existing CEO or MD.
The company is based in the M4 corridor; it is primarily a remote/hybrid business but the ability to be in the office reasonably regularly to meet with teams is important - a day a week perhaps.
The role offers a base salary of £(Apply online only)K and a bonus element tied to company performance which will lift overall compensation to £(Apply online only)K
