Leading Independent Estate Agency is looking for a motivated Senior Sales Consultant to operate within Bath area and surround. Joining a successful team, you will bring your estate agency experience and passion for property combined with your exceptional customer service skills to 'add value' to this strategic office. Responsibilities for this Senior Sales Consultant role will include:
Market appraisal generation
Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings
Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
Conduct market appraisals (some experience desired) where the diary requires
Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments Skills & Experience for this Senior Sales Consultant role:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience within estate agency sales
Competent across all aspects of core estate agency including some appraising
Comfortable working with targets
Enjoy working with autonomy as well being part of a larger team
Drive and ambition to 'add value' Benefits for this Senior Sales Consultant role include:
Attractive base salary 24k-25k (DoE)
Commission structure - 35k OTE
Car Allowance up to 4k
