HR Business Advisor - Manager Equivalent Level

Here at Peopleforce Recruitment, we have a new opportunity within an award-winning global healthcare company for an HR Business Advisor. Sitting within the Business HR team, this role would be taking an independent stance on the requirements and responsibilities at hand.

This role will see the successful HR Business Partner/Advisor:

* Providing continuous support of multiple divisions across the company and the site, and potentially other sites

* Leading on general HR activities, with a particular focus on Employee Relations activities

* Working with the senior management team on HR projects

* Providing HR advice to and business partnering with senior management

* Communicating effectively at all levels within the business when needed

* Proactively ensuring that existing and new HR policies are rolled out and adhered to

To be a successful candidate, you will have:

* Minimum of a level 5 CIPD qualification and a good understanding of employment law

* Previous experience within an HR role, preferably with a generalist or employee relations focus

* Experience working in a heavily regulated or manufacturing environment, ideally within a large organisation is highly advantageous

* Experience gained in a non-HR capacity is advantageous such as Quality, Manufacturing, Training, L&D etc is advantageous.

* Ability to deal with employees at different levels from shop floor to senior management staff

* Ability to use Microsoft Office effectively

This position would be initially recruited on a contingent basis, with the intention to become permanent in the near future. The position would offer plenty of scope for personal development and future progression within the company.
