An exciting opportunity awaits a Recruitment Administrator, looking for entrance into the world of recruitment, to join a well-established business in Norwich.

This full-time, temporary position for 3 months duration (with the potential to go permanent), with working hours from Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:00 pm), offers a competitive hourly wage of £12.50 per hour. In this admin-oriented role, you will play a vital part in supporting recruitment operations, managing employee documentation, and overseeing a range of administrative responsibilities, including active involvement in account desk management.

The day to day

* Liaising with candidates to confirm availability and updating this information for the consultant team.

* Producing weekly reports, analysing key information and passing this on the relevant parties.

* Confidently handling incoming phone calls, answering queries in a professional manner.

* Efficient inbox management, passing information along to other team members and promptly handling queries.

* Ad hoc administration support to ensure smooth running of the recruitment operation.

You will have/be

* Sound administration and customer service experience.

* Excellent communication skills, proactive and a great attention to detail.
