Due to another profitable year and further expansion, they are looking to appoint an in-house Talent Acquisition Advisor who will be responsible for the full oversight of internal & external recruitment across the business, as well as Apprenticeships & Graduate programmes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to really make a difference in a growing business and establish themselves as the Talent lead. While there won't be any managerial responsibility to begin with, the business sees further growth for this team where you will be intergral in helping scale and implementation of procedures going forward.
