We have an attractive new opportunity for a Locum Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist within a friendly firm in London, starting ASAP for 3 months +.
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a friendly practice to source a Locum Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to cover whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis.
This locum assignment is to start ASAP with an expected duration of 3 months with potential to extend beyond this point. The ideal locum will be looking to assist 4 or 5 days per week, however candidates seeking a different working pattern are welcome to apply. This is an office-based role to begin with, however, hybrid working will be viable after the first couple of weeks of the locum assignment. The office is within walking distance to the nearest station and the firm have free on-site parking.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum will manage a caseload of Litigation matters including:

Residential and Commercial Property Litigation
Landlord and Tenant disputes
Insolvency matters
Contract disputes

Requirements

At least 5 years' experience as a Locum Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive
Experience handling caseloads of property litigation
Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
