Senior Associate - Property Litigation
Salary - Above market rate
Location - Leeds
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 5 years' PQE+ Property Litigation Solicitor to join a Regional top 40 Law Firm.
About you:
You will have experience dealing with Property Litigation involving utilities companies. You will be required to have/be:
- Experience of managing own property litigation caseload
- Passionate about growth, generating work opportunities both internally and externally - Passionate about operational excellence generating work opportunities through great service delivery and improving the client experience
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, time tables, targets and client protocols whilst maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Ability to work as part as a team
- Commercial awareness
- A methodical, organised approach
You will be expected to:
- Ensure case management records are maintained
- Achieve set financial and chargeable targets KPI's
- Take an active role in business development initiatives including training and networking
- Assist other lawyers in the team with their work as required including supporting lead advisers and the supervision of more junior lawyers
- Train, supervise, and develop junior team members
- Produce monthly and ad-hoc client MI reports
