Day to day you will make a difference by using digital communications to generate sales leads and increase trust in the Atlas Copco brand. No two days are the same – we never stand still and are always looking for new ideas to support the sales of innovative tools, industrial joining & service solutions through attractive web content, digital marketing campaigns and search engine marketing. Supporting the Marketing Communications Manager, the job involves promoting our products and services through various digital channels to customers and prospects in the manufacturing sector.

* Create new web content along with subject matter experts and publish it on the Atlas Copco UK website using Adobe Experience Manager.

* Conduct keyword research and ensure the web content is optimised so that our pages are found in SERPs for key terms; take the lead in other activities to improve SEO.

* Implement actions on the website to improve the visitor journey and increase web enquiries, including being part of the team responsible for the web chatbot playbooks.

* Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns, manage and deliver webinars and other automated campaigns and lead nurturing flows through Marketo.

* Analyse website user behaviour, conversion data and trends to demonstrate the ROI of campaigns, adapt and improve for future campaigns and web content.

* Project team member for the ongoing development of the E-commerce website, optimising the site content, liaising with the web developer, and implementing traffic-driving activities.

* Work with the PPC agency to get the best results from our PPC campaigns, including analysis of campaign performance and ROI.

* Assist the marketing communications manager and intern as needed with other communications activities and projects such as strategic events & exhibitions.

The person we are looking for has….

* Experience working in a digital marketing role where you have used web content management systems, Marketo, Google Analytics 4 and/or Adobe Analytics.

* Experience working within the industrial sector with technology-driven products.

* An ability to learn and use new digital tools and software to a high level.

* Strong working knowledge of SEO and pay-per-click advertising.

* Experience in managing & delivering campaigns within Marketo, including being able to develop/design marketing assets, web pages and sales collateral.

* Expertise in working with SalesForce or equivalent CRM software.

* A degree (or equivalent) in Advertising, media & communications; Marketing; Digital marketing or a similar subject OR an unrelated degree plus strong work experience in digital marketing.

* Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing both fast turn-around and long-term projects at the same time.

* A genuine interest in digital marketing and a strong personal online profile.

* A team player who is good at networking but can also work well independently.

* Inquisitive mind to solve problems and the ability to pick up and use new marketing tools & technologies.

* Creative, accurate and with a good eye for detail.

* Excellent written English to produce and proofread high-quality content.

To apply for this position, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK. We are looking for someone who can commit to a role on a long-term, permanent bases. You must also be living within commutable distance to our Hemel Hempstead office. We are looking for someone to join our team in July.
