Responsibilities:
Process Automation:
* Work with vendors to define requirements for implementing functionalities to automate company tasks (e.g., new employee registration).
* Manage and maintain a centralized tool for all Project management and Company administration tasks, including:
* Employee details management
* Access control
* Asset management (including Sage database)
* Issue ticketing system.
* Training portal management (including login details)
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
* Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
* Experience troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues (laptops, printers, scanners).
* Proficiency in IT administration tasks, including:
* User account management
* Access control and permissions
* System configuration and maintenance
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff, addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
* Proactive problem-solving skills.
* Customer service focus with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
