Paragon are currently exploring the value of recruiting a New Business Sales Manager to join our growing telemarketing company in Portsmouth. As an ambitious agency with big plans for growth, quality and client satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. The role of New Business Manager is to manage the successful delivery of new business sales through a mixture of converting appointments generated by our Marketing team, coupled with generating a portion of own business opportunities. The New Business Manager role is integral to Paragon Marketing and is geared around bringing on new clients for internal growth plans. The role is currently focussed around sitting online meetings via MS Teams, with a view as the market allows of becoming a face to face meeting based role. You will be meeting with new clients and will be the first impression of Paragon Marketing, reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for delivering results again set targets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Meeting with new clients to pitch and close new business opportunities for Paragon Marketing, sitting a combination of meetings booked by Marketing, combined with self-generated meetings.
* Liaising with the Sales Director, reporting against targets set and ensuring continued growth of the business
* Ensuring targets are met and processes are being followed
* Monitoring own KPI’s
* The main objective of the role is to convert quality sales for our SME Operations team to deliver projects on.
CANDIDATE:
The candidate required to fulfil the New Business Manager position must be hungry, motivated and keen to grow a new business, previous client facing sales experience is preferred, and the individual should be used to working to targets in a sales environment. Attention to detail is key when reporting and thinking outside the box to provide innovative ideas to generate business will be a huge part of the characteristics needed. The ability to motivate work alone and as part of a team will prove essential.
WORKING HOURS:
All hours to be considered, working hours 9.00am to 5.30pm
SALARY:
TBC Based on Experience – Basic up to £23,000 with a realistic OTE of £50,000 Commission uncapped
