Senior Sales Advisor

Our client a luxury jewellers based in London, are seeking a Senior Sale Advisor on a Full-time, permanent basis offering a salary of up to £30,000. Their greatest asset is their exceptional team. As a senior sales advisor, you are the face of our brand, guiding clients through their jewellery journey and keeping them informed about the status of their orders. Your responsibilities extend beyond sales, encompassing the mentoring of junior staff, store operations, and customer experience. You are the liaison between customers, production staff, workshops, and suppliers, ensuring a seamless process from design to delivery. Your role is not only about generating revenue and reaching our sales targets but also about exceeding client expectations and contributing to the overall success of the company. Your contributions are integral to their journey.

What will you be doing?

You will provide personalised service to all customers, managing both walk-ins and pre-appointment enquiries. You will advise and consult customers on fine jewellery purchases, incorporating up-selling, cross-selling, and clientele techniques. You will liaise with internal production staff, workshops, and external partners to facilitate the design, manufacture, and delivery of client orders. You will efficiently manage inventory, including sourcing, pricing, auditing, and handling valuable items. Proactively follow up with customers on order progress, deposits, and payments. Assist with store cleaning and tidying, maintaining a safe and clean environment. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies.

What Experience will you have?

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
Commercial acumen and knack for selling and meeting revenue targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of jewellery design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Proficient with CRM and sales database systems.
Compliance with all company security policies
