The Role
Our client is seeking a junior CAD Designer to provide CAD drawing support design to the Sales & Project delivery teams for all projects.
Responsibilities
Prepare and amend 2D & 3D technical CAD drawings, visuals and renders - predominantly temporary structures and scaffold-based structures
Ensure designs comply with legislations and client specifications
Liaise with architects, engineers and designers
Conduct site visits and surveys
Present working drawings in all stages of the project
Store design files and project information in accordance to the company procedures
General health & safety within the office The person
Knowledge of AutoCAD in 2D & 3D is essential
Knowledge of Sketchup is desirable
Recognised qualification in Computer Aided Design is essential
PC literate - ability to use Microsoft programs
Hold a full UK driving license Please note, hybrid working is an option once you are trained.
