We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor based in Bournemouth. The business specialises in modular construction and works across various sectors including education, residential and healthcare with projects typically valuing up to £20mil.
The commercial team have recently had a re-shuffle and due to an increased workload, are now looking to expand the team. You will be responsible for your own project from tender stage through the manufacturing process and later managing the project on site, ensuring financial control until final account. Its the perfect opportunity for a Surveyor to take full ownership of every step of the construction life cycle.
In return, you will be offered a salary package of up to £50k + Package with benefits including pensions, healthcare schemes etc.
