Area: Northampton to Corby

Starting Salary: £37,500 (OTE: £48,000)

This role is within the housing maintenance sector covering Social Housing properties. This is a permanent position, therefore you will be provided with a van and fuel card.

You will be given rates for the EICR & Remedials, you will be paid price per item.

Duties:

* Maintenance

* EICRs & Remedial Works

* Boiler wire ups

* Upgrades

* Installation works

Requirements:

* 18th edition

* 2391

* NVQ L3

* Social housing/Maintenance experience

* UK Driving license
