Excellent opportunity to join a multi-billion-pound organisation as Head of Commercial.
This is a fully autonomous role overseeing the day-today management of an established team and developing strategies for new and existing markets. You will be home-based with regular travel across the UK.
An ideal applicant will be a senior commercial professional with a background in plastics, injection moulding, polymers, recycling, or similar industry experience.
The company are a specialist in the plastics sector and part of a much larger manufacturing group. With ambitious plans to quadruple their output in the next 36 months, they are going from strength to strength and investing heavily in their growth. Due to this, we are currently seeking a Head of Commercial to join the business on a full time & permanent basis.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the sales & distribution for the UK. You will be responsible for purchasing, sales, strategy, and stakeholder management.

*£85,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus (x 2)
*Setting strategy for new & existing markets
*Managing the sales & procurement team (6 direct reports)
*Reporting directly to General Manager
Person:
*Head of Commercial, Commercial Director, or similar
*Plastics, Polymers, Injection Moulding, Recycling, or similar industry background
*Manufacturer or Distributor experience both considered.
*Experience selling into Automotive, Construction, or Building Materials sector highly desireable
* Excellent leadership abilities & good strategic thinker
