Pyramid8 are recruiting for a Customer Care Officer to join an established specialist business in Boston Spa. They are a small team and looking for an individual who has administration skills who is looking for a long term role.
The roles of Customer Care and involves mainly dealing with existing clients. Making and taking calls related to renewals already issued to check they received it as well as dealing with some claims.
The roles is very varied and therefore interesting. They provide full training and are looking for someone with already very good customer care skills in listening and communicating in polite professional manner.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 8.45-5.15 plus 4 Saturday mornings related to training that can be done remotely after full training. We can be flexible regarding hours for the right candidate.

Duties: -
* Handling Renewals, New Business and Mid Term Adjustments
* Quotations
* Dealing with customer queries and claims
* Client Liaison by phone/email/letters
* Dealing with all aspects of administration
* Chasing Documentation and dealing with existing customer queries
* Ensuring information is updated on the inhouse systems
You will have a friendly and positive attitude to dealing with customer and have strong attention to detail. You will be able to use your own initiative and have the ability to prioritise tasks. This position requires various skills and disciplines but Drive, Enthusiasm and a "can "and "will" do attitude is essential.
