Senior Support Worker – Care/Nursing Homes
Norwich – Days/Nights - £12.50 per hour
Lowestoft – Nights - £13 per hour
Spixworth, Norwich – Days - £13.15 per hour
Yaxley (Eye) – Days - £13.00 per hour
Would you like to work in a fantastic care/nursing home providing hotel-style luxury accommodation and tailored support to residents?
In the Senior Support Worker role you will:
* Work as part of the care team
* Ensure high standards are being maintained
* Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents
* Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals and coach Support Workers
* Contribute to care planning
* Maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence
For this role you must have:
* NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or be working towards this)
* Previous experience in a senior care role
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
* An empathetic and caring nature
