Senior Registered Nurse - Private Hospital - Up to £35,000 FTE (22.5 Hours)

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide exemplary patient care, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of nursing services.
Act as a clinical leader, offering guidance and support to nursing staff.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
Lead by example in maintaining high standards of nursing practice and adherence to protocols.
Participate in staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
Oversee the implementation and evaluation of care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC registration.
Proven experience as a Senior Registered Nurse or in a similar leadership role.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
