HR Administrator (6 Month FTC)

Henderson Brown is exclusively partnered with a thriving UK business in the recruitment of a HR Administrator to provide medium term support (6 months) to the HR team.

This position requires a highly organised and proactive individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
The role is extremely flexible and offers a working from home arrangement x4 days per week with x1 day office working in Corby plus working hours are also flexible (30 hours per week minimum).

Candidates must be immediately available or be able to start with 1-2 weeks notice.

Key Responsibilities include:
*Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including paperwork and induction.
*Handle offboarding processes
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
*Handle documentation related to employee changes, promotions, and terminations.
*Monitor and manage employee time and attendance records.
*Ensure accuracy in timekeeping and address discrepancies as needed.
*Provide support in resolving employee relations issues, maintaining a positive and respectful workplace culture.
*Assist with Payroll ensuring high accuracy using excel.

Qualifications & Experience required:
*Proven experience as a HR Administrator or in a similar role
*Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*You must have a valid UK Driving License and access to your own transport.
