Children's Home Manager

Role: Children's HomeRegistered Manager for a NEW 3/4 bed EBD Children’s Home
Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum negotiable depending upon experience and qualifications and Ofsted and performance related bonuses.

Study for the Level 5 Diploma Leadership & Management is supported

If you are an experienced registered children’s home manager or deputy manager ready to step up this is a great children's home registered manager opportunity for you as you will be offered all the tools and support to succeed plus the autonomy to make decisions!

This company have an extensive history of achievements in the children's residential sector, they are passionate about providing the best possible care and outcomes for children and young people with emotional and behavioral disorders. Along with the support of a very dedicated and knowledgeable senior team always at hand you will be part of a happy family!

The on call duties will be shared with other managers and equates to one week every six weeks!

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum negotiable depending upon managerial experience and completion of the Level 5 children's residential qualification. Plus Ofsted and performance and related bonuses.

To Apply:

· You will have good experience already as a successful children’s home registered manager, or strong experience as a children's home deputy manager.

· You will ideally be enrolled onto or obtained the Level 5 Leadership & Management Children &Young People qualification or equivalent.

· You will be passionate about striving for positive outcomes for children and young people and you will have a proactive work ethic as you will not be micromanaged!
