As Account/Project Manager you’ll manage day-to-day contact with your accounts and projects, building valued relationships that grow and flourish with regular client liaison from understanding briefs to providing feedback and managing expectations. You’ll support and work closely with the Account Director and liaise regularly with the creative studio to get the absolute best for their clients. You’ll have overall responsibility for project delivery, guiding and assisting internal team members and working together to seamlessly plan workflow, ensuring budgets are met and exceptional work delivered.
Responsibilities for this Account/Project Manager –
* Manage the running of campaigns and projects from brief to completion
* Client communication - building relationships, handling expectations and managing feedback
* Interrogate, write and deliver briefs to the studio, quality checking, and feeding back on creative against the brief
* Work closely with internal teams including Design, Digital and Copy
* Plan workflow - build realistic project plans that enable deadlines to be met
* Management of finances - monitoring all budgets and costs on jobs to ensure projects are delivered within budget
