Motor vehicle IQA
An experienced Automotive IQA is required by an established education training provider.
They are looking for someone (ideally with a HGV bias) to come on board on a full time permanent basis.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead on QA Strategy
* Analysis of EPA outcomes
* Sector Reviews – and completing observations and monitoring visits (standard of delivery and competency)
* IQA Curriculum – KSBs met, assessment effective and will support the achievement of the higher criteria
* Verifying and confirming assessment decisions
* Quarterly Standardisation and disseminating updates
* Monthly Quality Report – outcomes, themes, progress against actions
* Delivering TAQA/Assessor and Verifier units to new DCs and on request
* Lead and prepare for EQA Visits
An assessors/IQA qualification are essential criteria for this role along with relevant qualifications in Heavy and/or Light Vehicle.
