£28,000- £29,000 24 days holiday + BH

· Working on a great contract based onsite in Leicester.
Your new role - Facilities Administrator
* Working Monday–Friday, 8:30am-5pm, on a full time, permanent basis.
* Office based, supporting a commercial contract dealing with both planned and reactive enquiries in Leicester.
* Answering calls on the helpdesk, dealing with any day to day enquiries, engaging with engineer’s and subcontractors and assisting with the contract managers.
* Raising PO’s, quoting, ordering parts, scheduling reactive and planned jobs to the engineer’s, updating the client on job progression, and more.
What you'll need to succeed- Facilities Administrator
* Experience in a contract support or facilities administrator role is highly beneficial.
* The ideal candidate will have experience working on a CAFM system or in-house software and be efficient with MS programmes.
* Good communication skills and experience in customer service engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Commutable distance from Leicester
