Trainee Health & Safety Advisor
We have an opportunity for a Trainee Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading Civil Engineering Contractor in Leicester.
Formed in 1995 by father and son, our client performs residential groundworks for blue chip housing developers covering the breadth of the country. The works involves adopted infrastructure and foundations across circa 250 sites at any one time. They have a network of offices across the UK
The role:
Location: Working within their Eastern Region - in and around Leicestershire.
Working hours: 7.30 - 4.30
The role:
They are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join their Health and Safety department as a Trainee SHE Advisor.
The purpose of this role will be to provide complete support to the Regional SHE Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to develop their knowledge and skills in safety legislation, policies and practices and who wishes to develop into a Regional SHE Advisor.
The right person
* Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English and Math’s (Grading A-C or 5-9).
* Trainee / Apprentice role so open on experience, would prefer NEBOSH qualification.
* Strong administration skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
