Senior Site Manager / Project Manager

up to £72K + package
Our client is a 5* smaller, regional housing developer builder who have a brand new, multiphase project starting in Leicester in Q1 2024. This development is going to consist of both HA and private and this role you will be required to oversee both in different phases with multiple site teams reporting into you directly. This developer has put a lot of money into this project, and the land alone has cost them a lot of money - so it is essential the PM in this job has experience working on multiphase projects; ideally with the phases being different brands, or spec of homes.
Suitable candidates must have previous experience but also be driven, enthusiastic with the desire to push their career on further with this progressive developer, whilst keeping site works to programme, dealing with all sub contract issues as they arise and monitoring all health & safety, whilst reporting back to the contracts manager.
Candidates will be responsible for Health and Safety, Quality and programme. This person must have a stable background with previous experience working on new build housing developments for a national developer. Whilst being a dynamic and self-motivated individual.
