Site Manager
Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to over see a groundworks project.
Starting Wednesday 17th April for an expected 5 week duration. If successful in the role, could be a 47-week contract.
Responsibilities:
Supervision of teams on a day to day basis and liaising with company superiors.
Management of trades & labour on site
Holding site meetings
Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met
Ensuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level.
Requirements:
Site management experience
Attention to detail
Demonstrate strong communication skills
IT skills
Valid UK Driving Licence
Experience in civils, groundworks – building steel frame required.
Qualifications:
SMSTS
CSCS CARD
First Aid at Work
