SOP Coordinator - 6-12 Month FTC

Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7, 40 Hours per week

Location: Glenfield, Leicester (LE3)

Salary: Negotiable, dependant on skills and experience

The Role

We are looking for an experienced SOP Coordinator who will be responsible for writingand training SOP principles across our business. We’re looking for a collaborative, pragmatic person who can work with us, adopting and reflecting the Geary’s culture that has helped to make Geary’s the successful, growing business it is today.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* To develop and implement the SOP plan for our sites

* To create new SOPs as and when needed

* To identify and maintain SOPs as and when they are due to review

* To communicate and keep stakeholders up to date with progress and completions of new/reviewed SOPs

* To help facilitate training of new/ existing SOPs to current or new employees

* To support any administration needed required for this role

* To assist with any training that arise within manufacturing

Skills and Experience

* Experience of writing SOP material

* Knowledge of basic principles of a food manufacturing environment

* Experience of using Microsoft Office packages: including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

* Good communication and organisation skills.

* Flexibility and able to work with all departments / zones

* Good communication skills: written and verbal

* Confident presentation skills in order to train internal employees
