Hourly: £14.11p/hr + Hybrid (Sat/Sun home)

Hours: 30 hours p/wk working 4 days per wk (Friday-Monday) Days

As a Part time Customer Service Team Leader this is a great opportunity if you don't mind working weekends and have days off in the week-days!

In this role you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and motivating a team of customer service representatives to achieve targets and KPIs
Providing ongoing training and development to enhance the team's skills and knowledge
Handling escalated customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution
Collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience and service delivery
Monitoring and reporting team performance to managementWhat we're looking for:

Proven experience in a customer service role with some exposure to team leading or deputising
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
