Enabling Others are seeking full time support workers to work within our health and social care company
At Enabling Others we assist our clients with challenging behaivour and learning disabilities to live independently within thier own homes. We have positions in Leicester City and surrounding area's
We offer clients support with:
* Building Relationships
* Personal Care
* Access to Community and Leisure Activities
* Meeting Nutritional Needs
* Maintaining Family/ Friends Relationships
* Promote Overall Health and Wellbeing
* Meeting Communication and Sensory Needs
* Support Attendence To Appointments
* Follow Care Plans And Activity Planners
* Support Development Of Care Plans
Our Successful Candidates will be:

* Offering support to ensure upmost quality of life and protection from harm and abuse
* Full UK Drivers License and access to their own vehicle (essential)
We Offer:
* Full training online and classroom based courses including positive behaviour support and physical intervention, emergency first aid and makaton

Salary begins at £11.44 depending on experience and is negotiable, rises offered in accordance to performance at supervisions
