Account Manager - Point of Sale £35 - £38k dependant on experience

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of service for our client's prestigious accounts. You will be the main point of contact, responsible for managing the overall account and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Your tasks will include producing internal paperwork to brief our client's team, generating CPA's for complex projects, and working closely with internal departments to solve problems and meet customer requirements. Maximising sales opportunities will also be key to your success in this role.
To thrive as a Account Manager, you will need to have a passion for delivering best-in-class customer service and possess previous experience within the point of sale industry. Strong knowledge of retailer schedules and guidelines will be an advantage.
